You can choose between two powerful burner options: a 105Mj 24-jet chimney burner or a 110Mj 18-jet duck burner, both equipped with flame failure protection as standard. With lever handle gas controls, you have precise control over the flame setting, crucial especially during busy periods. The unit features a heavily insulated, long skirt unflued cast iron design to minimize radiant heat.

Crafted from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, all external surfaces are robust and resilient. The 1.5mm pressed top deck ensures easy cleaning around the ring area, while a front waste gutter adds to the convenience of maintenance.
