The K+ Waterless Wok Table is built upon a sturdy mild steel frame, featuring a thick mild steel plate for enduring performance without the need for water deck cooling.

You have the option to power the unit with either a 105Mj 24-jet chimney burner or a 110Mj 18-jet duck burner, both equipped with standard flame failure. Lever handle gas controls provide precise flame adjustment, crucial during peak hours. The design includes a heavily insulated, long skirt unflued cast iron element to minimize radiant heat.

Crafted from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, all external surfaces are robust and durable. The 1.5mm pressed top deck facilitates easy cleaning around the ring area, while a front waste gutter adds to the convenience of maintenance.
