Its top and bottom revolving wash and rinse arms deliver a potent and comprehensive wash action. The new water jet designs feature knife-like action, effectively blasting and stripping heavy baked-on dirt from all soiled surfaces without causing damage to utensils, thanks to wash jet balancing, which reduces the need for hold-down devices. Its front operation design ensures easy access to the interior for loading and unloading. Conforming to the highest health and sanitary standards, the UT20 meets FSANZ safe food codes and holds certifications in HACCP and WaterMark.
