The K+ Waterless Wok Table is built upon a sturdy mild steel frame, featuring a thick mild steel plate to ensure enduring performance. Remarkably, this unit operates without the need for water deck cooling.
Your choice of either a 105Mj 24-jet chimney burner or a 110Mj 18-jet duck burner powers this unit, each equipped with standard flame failure protection. With lever handle gas controls, precise flame adjustment is achievable, particularly crucial during peak operation hours. The design incorporates a heavily insulated, long skirt unflued cast iron element to effectively minimize radiant heat.
Crafted with AISI 304 grade stainless steel, all external surfaces are both robust and durable. The 1.5mm pressed top deck facilitates effortless cleaning around the ring area, while a front waste gutter further streamlines the cleaning process.
